quick post, jerry went to endocrinologist today, figured a change in insulin might help. so he will continue ONE shot of lantus in the AM and if needed a sliding of Humulog in place of humulin R .. turns out the humulinR for him is working like a long acting too, instead of quickly. We will watch and see if it makes a difference. Also found out jerrys feeling full and backed up to the chin might be from gas produced by the carbs sitting in his stomach. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
the swelling of his feet!!! its from NOT ENOUGH PROTEIN!!! so he did get after MR JERRY for loving those carbs (oatmeal and grits!!) lol. so we will see how jerry reacts and if his actions show improvement.
