Just noting, jerrys bloodsugars are still doing well. He has been nauseated these past two days to the point of puking and laying in bed. Nothing wants to stay down. I am hoping he hasnt picked up that nasty flu bug from someplace. Im taking extra vitamins and told him he needs to do the same, when he can get food to stay down. Other than this mystery nausea/puke fest, alls well and the same.. if we can figure whats going on ill definately note it.

Ok. we went to endocrinologist today. His A1c came back at 8.3.. okay that is .3% over the moderate control.. but recall his FIRST A1c (last one) was 9.5! hes getting better at counting carbs and has recently figured out how to go to bed with the right level and wake up in 90s!! he has had NO COMPLICATIONS AND PROBLEMS FROM SURGERY!! whoo hoo.. and his only probs as we recall were from him NOT monitoring his Carb intake properly.. well hes starting to match up the carbs/proteins ect now. ALL his bloodwork was phenomenal according to his doc! HE came in slapping jerry on the back and shaking his hand telling him what a great report he had and that he was surprised to see such a turn around! so we have started our 11th month post op and i guess hes figuring his body out finally! He rides his "trike" and is doing more for himself every day. I was so glad to see these docs as they are seeing his progress! I guess i just wanted it all well NOW and didnt want to have to wait for him to learn and grow with himself and im not very patient obviously. LOL.
